3D Shapes

In maths we have been learning about 2D and 3D shapes.  We did a 3D shape treasure hunt around our classroom.  Look at all the different 3D shapes we found hiding on our shelves, tables and even on the whiteboard!

  1. Hi B4, I did some Google research and found out the names of the shapes from Elliott's toy. The one that looks like a triangle with the top cut off is a trapezoid and the other one is a pie wedge or just wedge. Here is a website I found with geometry activities about 2D and 3D shapes.
